I had to add an extra 1/4 cup of water because my liquid looked thicker than yours but my husband, daughter, and I just loved this. @@cookingwithfreddieDELICIOUS!!! I’ve made it 3 times & it hits every time!! Only thing is I’ve cooked it in a Dutch oven pot, cast iron & this copper bottom Costco brand pot & it sticks to the bottom! 😡 😡 It’s not burnt but why does it stick??

@@kionwilson3714 That’s normal with rice it always sticks at the bottom. That’s how you know you cooked it Caribbean style that hard part is called gra-ton in creole that’s some people favorite part of the rice lol
