GREEN SHEIKH AT THE ROYAL ACADEMY, AJMAN

The Lazar Group of Schools celebrated the Eco Green Day on the 16th of February, 2016. It was a red letter day as we gathered to raise awareness to take positive environmental action to protect nature and the planet Earth. The day was graciously headed by the chief guest His Highness Sheikh Dr. Abdulaziz Bin Ali Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi , our founder Mr. Daniel, Chairman Mr. Lanson Lazar , CEO Ms. Sandra Blaskovic, Dean of Schools Mr. Joseph Khiyalie, Principals of the TLG of schools, Head of Sections, teachers and students.
The day began with the recitation from the Holy Quran by Abdel Rehman of Grade 7.
The Deputy Principal of The Bloomington Academy Dr. Frank welcomed the gathering.
Our Chief Guest His Highness Sheikh Dr Abdulaziz Bin Ali Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi addressed the gathering. He not only encouraged the students from both the schools, on the importance of saving Earth but also talked about the 7 W’s which encouraged the students spiritually and intellectually. His motivational speech was much appreciated by everyone. Our chairman Mr. Lanson Lazar addressed the gathering and shared his insight on steps taken by the school to work towards a cleaner environment.
