That means they're not supposed to judge or belittle the pitchers. If they find an investment worthy, they proceed; if not, they simply back out of the deal. It's really that simple. There's no need for them to say 'bhai tu kia kar raha hai...bagwan mere ko utha le maine isse ghatiya product nahe dekhi..'

As a business student i have roughly calculated the 3% equity of his company and which will be 6000000(60lac)pkr and for scaling his business he can ask for 1.5 crore for 5% which would make sense and will be enough to scale his business and can go x3 to x5 his profit if he do scaling well. You can disagree with me it's a on spot rough estimate.
