Green Forest life-Robert I loved bamboo shoots cooked in Jute leaves, okra,taro roots,shrimp or crabs with coconut milk mmm tasty.We don’t have fresh bamboo shoot in Chicago ,it comes in cans hopefully someday when traveling Asian countries,This nice vlog to watch the process of harvesting shoots it’s entertaining.
