How did you anchor the lumber to the brick? Awesome job!!

We buried large bolts in the last coarse of brick and cemented them in with mortar with threads facing up, then drilled holes in the base plate and secured it over the bolts with a washer and nut. Doing your own?

Interstate brick. I know I already told you that, but I’m trying to find some brick for pavers. I want a lot of character, so I’ll be on the search for that.

Your vented N95 mask is not the correct mask for using muriatic acid (AKA hydrochloric acid) for it you need a respiratory with a organic vapor/acid filters. Your N95 did close to nothing for preventing exposure, so you would be more sorry than safe.
