Greenhouse in the snow - Ingleside, Ontario

Greenhouse in the snow with geothermal passive heating construction - size 17 x 102 Ft.
This is the 1st video of the last 3 months of the construction phase for the Greenhouse in the snow project that is close to my heart.
My primal goal is to innovate the mindset of the surrounding community that we have to depend on outside source to get organically grown & fresh produce year around with natural practice and care.
This Greenhouse is made for the Canadian climate (cold winter)
The Greenhouse is being heated and cooled by mother nature constant ambient temperature - GEOTHERMAL. This concept was selected purposefully to kept the carbon footprint at the lowest level and also the cost of yearly operation to a minimum.
What is really exciting about the Greenhouse in the snow is having the abilities to grow : Banana...Oranges...Grapefruits...Mangos...Avocadoes...Pineapple...Lemons...Limes....Kiwis among many other varieties that will take home in the future in the greenhouse.
Yes !! growing tropical fruits in the Canadian winter climate is my way to teach we can work with the natural element : the Sun, Earth, Water & Air around us to without having to spend $$$ to benefit us.
My business partner....Mother Earth... is full of gift and with my hands as a guide to transform the smallest seed into nutritious food for our body and soul to thrive.

Nice start. For the geothermal - I would change that a bit - go longer and have 3 different layers making sure you start at least 2' below the frost line. Then separate each layer by about 3 feet. Also you want the soil near the geothermal to be as close to clay as possible so it retains the ground temperature. Quick questions: 1. What are you doing for shading in the summer? 2. What are you doing at night in the winter to retain heat? You may want to look at some of the Chinese greenhouse designs as they address this.

Its great to be handy like you and do most of the things without a contractor. To blow air into 28 pipes at 250 feet length each, what brand of blower did you use and what is the Voltage/Amp reading and what is its CFM please?

Why not put the earth battery tubes under the greenhouse at 4' and 2 feet' so can used to cool and heat?

The initial work didn't cost us too much because we did everything ourselves. If you subcontract the works that were the cost of building goes fast. Here's the list of things to consider which might be different in your area : - Excavation (depending of type of soil) rocky vs sandy. $5-8K (It's cost more for us because of our rocky soil) - Raw Materials : lumber, foundation base $3-4K - Exterior material : Tin, isolation, the drainage pipe for geothermal, $6-7K - Electricity/panel and hook-up, interior lights : $5-7K - Heating unit (winter) optional : $1-2K - Exhaust Fans (summer), motorized shutter & shade cloths is to consider. $1-2K - screws & nails :$500-1K - Water well, pump and watering hose : $500-1K AND finally the cost to fill-up with beautiful tropical trees $2-4K Depending on the size you are looking to built and the finishing you are wanting to get. I would budget a minimum of $20K NOT including the greenhouse kit. You are welcome to visit if you wanted more info...)

how is it working with the pipes not having any spacing? I've heard that it greatly reduces their effectiveness (although you have a ton of them so maybe it's ok?)?

The pipes are not install to be a Earth battery. Inside the greenhouse there is 1 blower sitting on top of the tubing taking the hot air inside the greenhouse which is then pushed underground under the frost level and then returned at the other end of the greenhouse cool and crisp.
