What size plugs in the Styrofoam plugs trays?

Great video! Very educational. I started a new business this year in Michigan with only a few hundred trays. Definitely a learning curve this year in the greenhouse. If you have multiple germinated trees in a single cell, do you thin them out, or just leave them be? Also, my biggest issue was root disease from over watering. MSU tested my trees and I had pythium and fusarium. And then it seemed to spread on certain trays. Any suggestions on products you use to help combat root rot diseases? And any products to help keep such a large amount of trees healthy? Soil drenches/foliar sprays..etc. Thanks
