In the framework of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Youth Forum 2024 took place "Greening Higher Education Institutions: bridging SDGs 4 (Quality Education) and 13 (Climate Action)", co-organized by UNESCO IESALC and UNOSSC (United Nations Office of South South Cooperation) in collaboration with the UNESCO SDG4 Youth & Student Network, UNICEF, National Geographic Learning, University of Helsinki, Education Above All, and Technological University Dublin.
The hybrid event was held in the UNOSSC Office, NYC, and online via zoom, with the aim to underscore the importance of educating stakeholders and communities on driving a green transformation and fostering youth-led projects in green STI for a sustainable future.
