Check out this really cool assortment of new 1/64 scale diecast cars and trucks released in March 2020. Included in this lineup are two very dusty weathered old looking vehicles, perfect for my massive junkyard! Another nice set from Greenlight, i have to say the weathered '70 Chevy Nova and '72 Ford Club Wagon are my favorites here. The rest look good too. The fingerprints on the 'dirty' castings can be annoying though, you'd expect the stuff on the assembly line to use gloves, who knows...Anyway, thanks for the loose presentation. The Junkyard looks great by the way.

My Club Wagon is perfect. I checked it carefully after seeing yours. I only have 3 Greenlight and my Mercury Wagon had minor issues, the bumper fell off and the tires weren't fully on the rims. Quality control really not the best. Most of my modest collection is Johnny Lightning and a single Auto World.

i would have to say its probably the tooling that holds it during the dusting atleast for the ones that have the same spot but either way it should still be fixed. i think they should put wiper marks on the windshield of dirty vehicles

Had the exact same problem with the weathered Christine model and you can easily scratch the dirt off those with a fingernail. The 'cuda and Camaro are great models ruined by their too narrow axles and too wheels. The Camaros are also way too big, the film car wasn't running 18s! That Ford van is a great casting, shame they didn't bother putting any dirt on the back end though.

The Nova is the wrong shade of blue though. Should be a baby blue.

Some die-cast companies will. Mattel customer service was great. Not sure about Greenlight. But I'd try. For $6.00+ you should have a displayable car.

It's unfortunate... but I believe Greenlight is very slow to act on glaring problems... like the non-rolling wheels and broken hitches in the early Hitch 'N Tow days.

Having a big ol fingerprint on the side of a car or van is not a good look. I would have a hard time buying it to be honest. Depending on the movie or the car, I may overlook it but that HAS to be addressed by Greenlight. These aren't $0.99 cars. Usually Grenlight is SPOT-ON, but stuff happens. On the "Dusted" or "Weathered" cars maybe rubber gloves should be worn. Just a idea. I maybe a little picky but unless a 40 foot man was trotting around, you won't see a car with a big thumb print on it. Be glad he wasn't munching on greasy chips. Yeesh.
