Even in 2003? Testament is the band that sounded best live. No matter what year the concert is from, from the 80s, 90s, 2000s, or now, it is one of the few bands that anyone could beat live. I'm a little surprised by the comment, but ok, not all of us got to see them back in the late 80s or 90s..
