@@odan7564 Back when I played the original NES version as a kid, I had no clue Samus was a girl. I just thought she was a long-haired bounty hunter. Honestly, it was tough to tell if the character was male or female, especially since we sat so far from the screen and the character was so small on the TV. Some folks talk about how "significant" it was in gaming history, but that really only matters to those who are into that stuff. The rest of us just moved on to another game or replayed this one without a second thought.
