Yes, we have biases that’s why we go to school to become educated and keep an open mind. Then if we decide to go to college to educate children one would hope those skills in dismissing our own biases and keeping an open mind are even more finely tuned however in this instance we have a powerful school employee with great responsibilities expressing blatant political biases and religious bigotry. Conservatives, Catholics and older people who believe they were turned down for jobs in this district or any in the state should consider filing suit as I believe this is widespread. Just listen to the governor dismiss your concerns. Contact a law firm, if they say no follow through and contact another

Many people vote blue because being a democrat is part of their “identity”…they feel morally superior and that they were voting for the “working man”. Well, that was the democrat of years ago, and most people haven’t realized this yet, or aren’t willing to give up the democrat “identity” even though it doesn’t represent them anymore. That’s why you have Catholics voting in step with a base that largely hates religion. It’s also why Jewish people continue to vote democrat in large numbers when a large majority of the democrat base actually has issues with Jews, and Israel even existing, and tends to side with Muslims, Palestine, etc. Even Bernie Sanders admitted on his own Facebook page I saw once, that the majority of working class America had shifted right, instead of trying to get them back, he vilified the working class for doing so. The left exists today to cater to educated coastal liberals born in middle to upper class suburbia….that is who they target (I know as I live surrounded by them and they are like flies on sugar canvasing my neighborhood during election time). 🤷‍♀️

The lady at 00:53 seconds failing to differentiate between bias and illegal discriminatory behavior is part of the problem. Is not to same. Our bias are stereotypes about certain groups of people that we form, sometimes outside our own conscious awareness, as is the case for unconscious biases. This was very much purposeful discrimination in violation of the applicant’s civil rights as codified under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In other words, this is criminal behavior.

Yup…..one of the more lily white states in the Union always moaning how racist other states like the south are, when most of those states have much larger percentages of minorities and interracial marriages. My state is 18% black American, has numerous minorities, interracial relationships everywhere, and last time I visited the “evil” Florida, I was surprised but it was more mixed relationships than my state (which happens to currently be red). Gotta love the white northerners looking down and judging the rest of society from their lily white abodes. 🤷‍♀️
