After 30yrs in furniture factories i'm done with pushing buttons and long hours standing on concrete floors. After simplifying my life and pareing it all back to basics can green woodworking rekindle my love of woodworking? I built a shaving horse and a pole lathe so i guess i'll find out....and pardon all the puns✌️

The Long Beach crew knows him as Gallo. The day you left was sad but at the same time a really happy day knowing you were following your dream. There are those who make furniture and things with wood. Gallo you make art and I'm lucky to have one of those pieces of art. Say hi to Woodyman for us.

I beleive its 10,000 hours to master a craft... almost four years at 8 hours a day. I can relate to this fella except I built houses and modern carpentry, going in reverse to understand the more humbling age of true hand tools.
