Dude, Greenwood Village is so freaking good! By far my favorite song in the game! I got into Diddy Kong Racing super late, but man do I love it. It's a weird kind of game where it wasn't part of my childhood, but it feels like it was. That doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but just pretend like it does.

I would love to hear a rendition of Windmill Plains from the DS remake, that piece feels more nostalgic for me despite having grown up on the original N64 game.
