All basically that two year span. I’m telling you: It’s some of the greatest radio ever done. ‘96 Bulls of radio. How ‘bout that? 😜

Well I got news for you son, not a single one of those segments that you listed goes in the top 10 funniest segments in this show's history. NOT ONE. Like I said, nowhere near the 96 Bulls of radio. @@whodat787 Haha! You're right in that I'm certainly not a 790-era OG. 🤣 Started listening in '15-ish, so a good 8+ years. I'll defer to a legend on the full scope of show history. However, at the risk of a little "Look at me Louie" situation, I was studying radio/broadcasting in college when I found the show, and now work in the broadcasting industry, and I have major appreciation for the work they did in that time period from a pure radio/art perspective. They literally mocked the very entity they were currently broadcasting on in the flagship timeslot no less. And stuff like Billy's first pitch, or the Corporate Michael week is so unbelievable when you put it in the context of how a "normal" radio show works. Even from a formatting perspective, not even getting to content. Having worked on the other side of the broadcasting world now, I truly appreciate what got away with in that era purely from a radio formatting point of view. It was utterly genius. It's definitely been the main inspiration for the things I want to do (and have done) in my career so far. So my take is more nerdy radio analysis beyond just the LeBatard show.

I remember this vividly. I was staying with family while evacuating a hurricane. It was a rough day at work and this came on and made my day! This was one of the best segments. Another gem is when Stugotz asked about Greg’s diagnosis and got him on the HNO while giving the update 😂.

Dan before the weight of Meadowlark was on his shoulders. These were the days. Billy straight reading the article and making sure Ron gets dragged into it is maximum chaos. He hasn't changed.
