George was a Leuders Park Piru, who switched to Fruit Town after he was shot by Heron, there's a video on youtube where he's with Tupac and Suge, its called "2pac and Deathrow at a car shop 1995" at 2 minutes and 47 seconds of that video you see George and Tupac together. Big Rock, Reggie and Buntry are also in the video. Also George wasn't one of the most feared goons, the ones Suge kept close to him were the most feared. George only managed to get the drop on the MOB because he already knew where they all lived, worked and where they hung out, so once the war was on, he knew exactly where to catch them.

Vlad, James didn't say that Suge planted the drugs. He was just saying that all these guys already had stashes and it was never a problem but now they were getting caught with it and locked up. Suge didn't plant anything but him and Reggie knew these guys had stashes because they were street dudes so if you got on Suges bad side, Reggie could put the call in to the police to get the stash found
