I only had Swiss Steak once that I can remember, an aunt made it. I did really like it, and only later in life found out that's what it was. I am going to yell at you for the cardinal sin of not returning the juices left on the plate by the meat to the pot! That's also flavour!

Let me tell you what, I DO need yelled at. I can not believe I did that. I had to go back and watch the video again because I always save all that flavor to add back into my dishes. Great catch, and I'll make sure not to do that again...have a great day and thank you for watching.

love any meat made with tomatoes and onions especially steaks. this is one of my favorites. Thanks for sharing. I appreciate how clean you are in the kitchen as I am the same way (no double dipping).Do not like to see the cook tasting with the stir spoon. Nice to see a clean cook. lol
