DC Universe Online | What Are The Most USEFUL Iconic Powers?

Powers in Iconic trees worth maybe getting: Amazonium Deflection: Litterally the best shield in game. Recomend to always have on as a tank if possible. Hard-light Shield: Again if you're tanking and have an extra slot its always nice to have but after Amazonium. Robot Sidekick: if you're an atomic tank prec based dps or are able to have it in your lo in dps role and willing to lose a little power regen its always welcome. Mesmerizing Lasso: Very rarely will you be needing this as a tank but note its the only Single Taunt power that can also pull an enemy towards you. Sonic Cry: A good stun as a tank/controller but must be melee distance. Neo Venom Boost (sc): It's ok but more useful as a prec based dps. Super Strength: This gives weaponization rating... some people believe it increases your prec damage but I can't confirm this. And lastly... Heat Vision. One of the best single target powers. And i still can't wrap my head around why you assume the people who are using this are new to the game. I use heat vision in my single target rotation (you can see it in action on my nature loadout uploaded to my channel.) I highly recommend that you go back and try this power out.

Like I said, just my opinion. Not everyone will agree, and I only said about new players, bc most of the people asking me were in fact new to the game.

The most useful powers are those that help you do the job,in the way you want to do it. It is subjective of course. Depends on how you play. That robot is crap foe me,and never use it,some people dig it. I have used freeze breath to 30,on several characters,and it helped greatly.

Amazon Deflect best for PVP. Robo Sidekick= Trash. Sonic Cry= Maybe Good. But not good for some Trolls. Another abilities unworthy
