Greg himself is not natural. 😂that's the irony. He sells natural supplements (I tried and they are good. But not groundbreaking ) so he now does steroid critique. This is bad, really bad, still watching tho because I still have this memory of him 5 years ago, every new video I'm like, maybe this video will be of substance not some shit video that he recorded faster than last time, he's just posting shit at this point. Better to maybe make 1 video a day, or eod and make those better. If greg had 100.000 subs at this point he would never in a million years reach 200.000 because this is not good enough. He takes everyone for granted just trying to push his supplements and cookbook, just look at him, with his moncler clothes haha, he's 50....

37 years old and have lifted for 16 years natural. There's no world that exists within the multiverse where a 22 year old that has a physique so good he's made an amazing living off of it needs TRT. You don't need it either.

Im 43. Just came off breaking my leg. Lost 30 pounds of muscle, I was 220 lbs at 5 foot 10. Was completely natural but my test hit an all time low at 130. I assure you I need trt.
@JayChesterman
@JayChesterman 7 күн бұрын
@ if you’re clinically low it’s a different story for sure, I had my levels checked at 33 and I was at 230, feel fine and have far above average muscle mass My point was more so directed at kids in the physical prime of their lives jumping on test and calling it TRT

Same here, Im 35 been lifting for 16 yrs and im 5'8 174 hovering around 12%bf, my heaviest was 235 (fat powerlifter look lol) and lowest most shredded at 150lb,. Problem is kids at 19-21 dont think about future consequences (thats how i was at that age) theyre in the moment and dont care about health issues that might lurk when they get older I have a good physique and dont need anabolics, im not making money off of it, I have thick full head of hair and dont want to lose it so i dont see the point, at 21 your mindset is whole lot different than when you're 35-40

I don’t know if anyone will actually read this, but if you are, I promise you don’t need steroids. I remember starting bodybuilding at 19. Back then, everyone was talking about stepping on stage, looking amazing for life, and staying consistent in the gym-all while using steroids. But none of those guys followed through. Now, at 30, I’m still here, still working out, and I stayed natural. Most of those guys aren’t even in the gym anymore. Staying healthy and loving myself through fitness was worth so much more. I promise, steroids won’t give you what you’re looking for.

I met a trans woman recently who has those elite genetics, where they basically look better than you without ever training; she's even taking estrogen shots. Her arms and shoulders are better than mine and I've essentially lifted for a lifetime natty. I told her if she trained for 3 and a half years she could win the olympia (lol). If she trained for no more than 3 months she would blow me away. You really have to see it to believe it. Some people really are built different. Genetics are 90% of it. Most people can't out-train or out-roid genetics. Be happy with what you've got and stop comparing yourself to others.

I been training for just over 8 years naturally and so far I built a physique that a lot of ppl ask if I’m natty lol not to brag but just to let ppl know it’s possible out here. Even tho I made a lot of mistakes, injuries, not knowing how to diet probably, setbacks, life etc, looking back the best part is the long journey I took. What these younger kids need realize is this grind is a long journey not a destination and when you get older you learn going to the gym is a “healthy” lifestyle. You do it because its good for you body, mind, and soul. The crazy physique is just a by product and will come with time, consistency, discipline, and hard work. You’ll look back and appreciate the grind everytime you think about it. Ultimately your mental health, hormones, and overall wellbeing is one of the most important things for ppl nowadays. Taking the short quick route and hopping on steroids imo just isn’t worth it. Take the narrow path that less are willing to take and in the end you’ll be rewarded so much more. Don’t forget Health is Wealth 💪❤️

As someone who had 300 total test with healthy diet and plenty of sleep and exercise, i went on trt a few months ago. I couldn’t even walk or stand up without feeling like my body was dying and failing me. Felt like my 30 year old body was actually 80. But i do agree that 200mg is waaaay too much for anybody unless your body has a very difficult time absorbing the testosterone.

Might be hopping on too, but more like very light trt. However, I'm 34 and my T levels have been below the rec range for over 9 years now. And our rec range already extends pretty far down where I live

Really depends on your mindset and who you follow. I don’t gear for the pro bodybuilder look and I don’t follow the mainstream as much as the noble natty community
