Better to maybe make 1 video a day, or eod and make those better. If greg had 100.000 subs at this point he would never in a million years reach 200.000 because this is not good enough. @JayChesterman7 күн бұрын
@ if you’re clinically low it’s a different story for sure, I had my levels checked at 33 and I was at 230, feel fine and have far above average muscle mass My point was more so directed at kids in the physical prime of their lives jumping on test and calling it TRT

Back then, everyone was talking about stepping on stage, looking amazing for life, and staying consistent in the gym-all while using steroids. But none of those guys followed through. Now, at 30, I’m still here, still working out, and I stayed natural. Most of those guys aren’t even in the gym anymore. Staying healthy and loving myself through fitness was worth so much more. Her arms and shoulders are better than mine and I've essentially lifted for a lifetime natty. I told her if she trained for 3 and a half years she could win the olympia (lol). If she trained for no more than 3 months she would blow me away. You really have to see it to believe it. Some people really are built different. Genetics are 90% of it. Most people can't out-train or out-roid genetics. Be happy with what you've got and stop comparing yourself to others.

I been training for just over 8 years naturally and so far I built a physique that a lot of ppl ask if I’m natty lol not to brag but just to let ppl know it’s possible out here. Even tho I made a lot of mistakes, injuries, not knowing how to diet probably, setbacks, life etc, looking back the best part is the long journey I took. What these younger kids need realize is this grind is a long journey not a destination and when you get older you learn going to the gym is a “healthy” lifestyle. You do it because its good for you body, mind, and soul. The crazy physique is just a by product and will come with time, consistency, discipline, and hard work. You’ll look back and appreciate the grind everytime you think about it. Ultimately your mental health, hormones, and overall wellbeing is one of the most important things for ppl nowadays. Taking the short quick route and hopping on steroids imo just isn’t worth it. Take the narrow path that less are willing to take and in the end you’ll be rewarded so much more. Don’t forget Health is Wealth 💪❤️
