Thanks Greg, very useful as a refresher. M. Wilcox used to argue you'd need two of each primary a cool and a warm version. Does that still matter, or has paint manufacture moved on and your primaries are really true pigments?

Very interesting, green (yellow+blue) + red = brown, but put yellow, red and blue together and get black, why? Both brown and black are mixed by 3 primary colors, the different ratios?

Yes, yellow + blue + red in different combinations gives both black and brown. Adding more blue will get you closer to black.

The best part of exercising your right brain is to mix your own colors up ….I would add Payne gray 😂
