I first learned of the Chips/French Fry gimmick on a burger was in April in Paris in 1993 when a vendor offered a sub sandwich with a long hamburger patty and the rest of the normal hamburger fixings along with the fries, which was called l'Americain, and I never heard of anyone in my home country of the United States eating it before that.

No way Grego!, that burger wasn't worth that price. For a start, half of the contents of the burger were skinny fries... why?. The main reason you buy a burger is for the meat content, otherwise you'd just buy a chip butty with cheese and salad on. The only meat on that burger was a normal sized patty, a single strip of bacon, and a fork full of pulled pork. compared to the Zeus Burger you had the other day, mate... this was way below par for meat content. The Zeus Burger had at least twice the amount of meat on, with eight strips of bacon, and two large patties. What the Getta Filthy Burger did, was they just bulked it out with fries. They should rename it the Chip Butty Burger.
