I am intrigued by the form factor, low-light capability and battery/shooting capacity. But the pictures are way too shaky / wobbly to be watchable. At this price, stabilization should be buttery smooth. Horizon leveling should be there, too.

I bought the ordro ep8 too and one time, i went in the app to what what i recorded and the software froze. I closed it and my camera did not want to power off after. Did you get this problem. I cannot power off the camera. I will have to wait until the battery get no more juice i think. You have any idea how to power off the cam? I hold the power button many seconds any it's till on.

Glad you mentioned that it's not optical image stabilization. It's pretty shaky. No idea what is gimbal 2.0, haven't check on it. Anyway thanks for the walkthrough 👍. Is there any similar wearable gadgets with optical image stabilization?

I believe it does in fact have optical stabilization. Another reviewer made a video showing it not working properly.

Greg your audio sounds pretty good on the EP8 did you adjust yours in post? Some other reviews have a much louder distorted audio compared to the EP7 especially if there is even the slightest wind.

So from what I can tell from your videos the ep7 has a better mic and the ep8 has a better camera. Why wouldn't the mic be as good in the ep8? Sorta strange that the company would sacrifice the mic quality in their newest version. Honestly it makes it harder to choose the ep7 or the ep8. I'm a first time buyer.

This is a straight lie. I bought one ORDRO EP8 FPV Wearable Action 4K on Amazon through Ordro store and could not connect to the OD cam app did not matter how many phone I used to connect to the camera it did not work. I tried to power off. It was not off. I returned it the next day and bought another one. This newly bought camera had the same issue. It kept saying wrong password even I tried to enter the password from the manual book: "12345678", and I could not power it off. It stayed on until it ran out of battery and then it died. Chinese products has its name.
