My husband and I extended the deck with plans to put the pond in our backyard. He tore 1/4 of the old deck away for a destination overhang. This video gave me the idea of a deck over the pond, and keep an area clear to access the fish. Thank you for the bucket bullet.

I absolutely love all your videos. I would love an idea about making a pond to honour our son like a memory garden pond. We lost him ten years this coming October to an aneurysm he was 33yrs old. My favourite part is EVERYTHING. You guys are awesome. My partner lives in IL and I am in Canada, so ...so ironic that you are in IL. We bought a farm property in Canada together. I just built a small shallow pond, its only two feet deep but at least I have fish to look at now! Will need a bigger one before winter for the fishies. Mine doesn't even compare to your ponds yet, I am still building my berm for my awesome waterfall. I purchased some of your food for the fish here in Canada, so cool. Aquascape food. I am 50 years old next week and still building my own ponds LOL . I am thinking I need four, One for the back of the property, a swimming pond, a small one for the ducks at the side of the house , a huge one in the front, and of course making the one I just made bigger in the back yard. I am thinking I will take your Aquascape course. I need to learn more. Thank you for all that you do. I am thinking I need to catch up and get to watching all your vids.

The first water feature as a whole is beautiful. But all the minor details bring it all together. The vines with the flowers, the rock with the hole at 6:50 that allows water to flow through it. Great job with the details.

I love that stone bridge over the pond, just wonderful. I really appreciate that tip on the feeding ring that is great. Of course the 1st pond is massive and incredible. The plants on ALL the ponds in your video's are just so amazing. I'm a master gardener who loves plants! I love the old water pump pouring water into the pond killer pond!

Please do a video on the maintenence of a pond....like what all you add in monthly basis...i remeber hearing about adding a bacteria culture to keep string algae away

Two absolutely gorgeous water features! The only thing I would do different with the first one would be an upgrade of some of those balsamic stones that are so beautiful in a fountain effect and oh yeah they've got a big backyard so I'd add a rec pond to it! LOL

Hi Gregg, greetings from the UK, I started watching your VLOG's a couple of weeks ago and I've almost caught up with all of them, I'm blown away buy the skill of your contractors, I'd love to have a large pond in my back yard but finances won't allow it for a couple of years and I'll have to do all the work myself, I'll certainly be looking to purchase your products if I can find a cheap way to ship them here. Yeh. It seem like they're fighting to see who can keep talking. It's very hard to enjoy the pond and it beauty seeing those men trying to grab our attention by keep talking and talking. Speaking of grabbing our attention, I have suggestion for this particular pond set up. Don't use different flower color. Stay all green with large leaf. I have a headache as my mind try to scan the surrounding and my mind keep fighting on what I should focus on.

Greg, I gotta have my little retreat, plants too. It’s as if he was in my head and heart. Iv wanted to do this for at least 20 years but had back surgery and couldn’t do the manual labor, I found out that I had no idea what I was doing, lol.
