I had purchased a vintage bottle of Arpege based on your prior reviews. Unfortunately, due to the age, only the base notes are present, but its still a complex potion! The current formulation gets good reviews so I'm on the hunt for a sample to experience those top notes.

I don’t have Arpege, but I have First by Van Cleef and Arpels which was one of my granny’s signature fragrances and people say it’s very similar to Arpege. I simply adore it’s gorgeousness. I will have to sample Arpege to be part of Garbo’s mysterious magic. Have a glorious day Mona!

Also, it's been said that Garbo wore Styx by Coty. I'm surprised you didn't mention it.
