As much as I like this version better than the English one (which is sadly the only one I can sing because I can't speak a word of Icelandic), I don't really think sending this would have sent her to the finals. The judges liked her enough, who she couldn't appeal to was the public... Which I seriously can't understand because it was AWESOME.

OMG! I love this...please don't change the language! It's beautiful, even if I can't understand a word. I don't get why everybody is obsessed with english. Just listening to the studio version of Hear Them Calling, which sounds akin to Only Teardrops. It's a great song, but I think there's too many similarities in her stage presentation to both Loreen and Måns (with a dash of madonna's Frozen for good measure) to make it outstanding... but it's early days yet... and who knows who will win tonight?
