This is my favorite song across all of their albums. I listened to this song for the first time during one of the worst bouts of depression and self loathing and it helped dig me out of a really deep hole. I often turn to music automatically when I’m feeling down and it usually helps, but this particular experience will always stand out because I was in one of those horrible moods where I genuinly don’t think I’d be alive today if it weren’t for this band and their music. Light my Love, and Broken Bells. I was sitting on my bed and really thinking about not being here anymore and then it was like his voice, the music, the whole mesmerizing atmosphere of the video, it just dug all that stupid harmful crap out of me like earwax. This band isn’t just some revival band trying to bring back classic rock. It’s much more than that, they are trying to tell the world something, they are trying to inject love and peace and confidence into young and old people alike. This is the most unified fanbase I’ve ever seen, though we still have our problems and undercover trolls, for the most part, we all try to promote what these songs convey. The piano solo and the base solo is my favorite part of this song, just sends me to another universe. 😄

This band has literally saved my life from depression & cPTSD & the things that go along w/ those diagnoses. Just when I thought that's what my life would always be, my beautiful daughter introduced GVF to me. These beautiful humans and their families have sooooo much love for everyone, I can actually feel it. I feel better, GVF takes really good care of people.

Say no more. I completely understand. These beautiful humans have saved my life during horrific depression, cPTSD, anxiety, intrusive thoughts...But, GVF lifted me & saved me countless times. I was a teenager during the British invasion of the sixties.. These guys are the real deal. Fresh old-school. Got to see them in September last. Blew me away. There doing a world tour now. Peace ✌️
