This song is in 11/8. Count it 1-2-3-4 1-2-3-4 1-2-3. The chords go (all with the root on the 6th string and open 2nd string) Emaj(2beats) -G#min7(2bts) -Amaj7(2bts) - G#min7(4 bts) then the little hammer-on lick into E for the main part, you'll have to get that yourself. The way it carries over there is pretty tricky. The little B section I'm not sure if I have exactly but I've been playing it Amaj7 - C#min7 - E7 - Dmaj7 then C#min7-C7-Bmin7-Bb7 (not exactly sure that's right but it sounds OK)

K I got the bridge... They actually show him playing it at 0:45 and I didn't realize haha. Its F#min7- Amj7 - C#min7 - Bmin7 then Bmin11- Bbm7(b5)-Amin7- Abm7/E (I'm sure there's a better name for that chord that I don't know) Hope this helped someone, cheers. This song kicks ass.

it alternates between 6/8 and 4/4...to go beyond the technicalities of time sig notation, it starts with a phrase of 6 bts then a phrase of 8 bts, back to 6..alternating (: hope this helps...its amazing how they make such "odd" meters (its only odd if you don't hear it enough isn't it) sound so natural. This 11/8 sounds so seamless one doesn't even feel the oddness till one counts.

In my opinion 1st chord is E, 2nd is Abm7, 3rd is Amaj9. On the way back he adds there a F#m7(or 11 sounds even better) and ends up back on E. He's using open ringing chords, to make fuller harmony, and adds #5 (high E string) to the Abm7 chord. But I can be wrong...

@ben4792 You didn't piss me off, I just disagree with what you're calling an eleven beat cycle...I am hearing an eighth note cycle that works out at 2+2+2+2+3 underneath of the groove. If you're listening to the bigger beat in the way I am, the quarter note is approx =110, so to my ear the "11 beat cycle" is undeniably ending between two bigger beats-take note that the melodic phrases are each starting off in eighth notes, not quarters.
