I might be wrong but I think this is about the BP Oil Spill. I am British. This was caused by BRITISH Petroleum. They paid out 18 billion. The Chief Exec sold his shares the day before. Then took a job earning millions with another oil company. They will really pay...in the near future.

BP majority shareholders at the time were US oil companies. This has been very carefully swept under the carpet for a long time!
