Igado | ChenKitchen

Igado is famous Filipino-Ilocano dish with pork tenderloin, liver, carrots, red bell pepper and potato/green peas. It's like a combination of menudo and adobo. Meat and vegetables are cut in strips. It is hearty flavorful and perfect with steamed rice.

Dati di ko Alam anong igado, kain lang kasi ako di ko na Alam anong Ibang name ng mga ulam, mother ko lang kasi bumibili o nagluluto ng ulam, at sa mindoro ko lang nalamn na igado pla ang name ng ulam na iyan. Mahilig kasi sa luto ang mindoro ng kahit anong ulam pa iyan
