the clip of frothing the milk is insane 😂 you don't want to move the pitcher around--instead, submerge the wand like 2/3 into the pitcher and hold it slight at an angle, so the milk starts to form a little whirlpool. and i'd recommend getting a mini thermometer so you know when the milk is done

Gretchen you need to do Structured gel or hard gel as the base, it can be clear and its much better for your nail than acrylic!

For wedding nails, I made a note in my phone of colors along with photos so it was easy to remember! I also was so busy I put dates for all my nail appointments leading up so they aligned with my Bach/Bridal Shower etc!

2023 bride here, I did the white and pink ombré with almond shape (shape actually inspired by you) but a little longer than I am used too and loved them! Definitely think you should try it out with the chrome on top, I feel like that would be so you. ❤

Gretchen: I’ve recently started doing this tumeric drink to substitute for coffee some days because I have chronic inflammation: 1 glass and have 1 smaller sifter on top. Squeeze 1 whole orange 🍊 1/4 or 1/2 a lemon 1/4tsp of tumeric powder Dash of black pepper (activates tumeric) Dash of no added sugar pineapple juice 1 tsp of honey I add 1/2 scoop of creatine I combine the honey and creatine in separate glass with warm water to dissolve then poor it into main glass. fill rest with water and ice! I think it’s delicious and makes me feel so good!

You should try cakes body nipple covers, they are grippy instead of sticky. Also try aestura 365 facial cream, love it for my dry skin.

I use tide clean and clear and oxi clean for colors. I workout and my son always played sports and lifts now. Smell and sweat stains never stay!

Super hard to describe how to froth milk through typing, but… what I was always taught at my job was picture a tic tac toe board inside the metal frothing pitcher, and aim the wand about 1/4-1/2 into the milk aiming it toward the bottom left corner of the “tic tac toe” board, then turn the steam wand on and let it chirp a little with air in the milk and slowing lower the wand into the milk a little more! And with your other free hand feel the temperature on the outside of the metal pitcher, that way you know what it’s hot/warm enough for you!! Hope this helps💓

Wait I thought my long sleeve workout stuff smelled from like my drawer but it’s only ever those and none of my other clothes! So I put in those things that soak up moisture in my drawer but it hasn’t been working. I’m shook lol, gonna try these suggestions too

"If you've been zoning out, I need your help" Me: 👁️👄👁️ also to answer, i hang all my workout clothes on towel rack to dry before throwing in laundry bin where they sit there crumpled, then wash with scented detergent in smaller loads normally just with workout/lulu stuff and that works for me as a core power instructor!
