I bake my chicken breast for my chicken salad. It is sooo much better. I put in a pan, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and bake covered with foil at 350 until done. It stays so juicy and moist that way. It just shreds apart easily, so no need to do anything else. It is so flavorful that way. We own a business and sell the chicken salad and it is a favorite!

black does absorb and attracts more light/ heat. White reflects it thats why alot of pol in the desert will wear long sleeve clothes but all white. You can get tint that can reflect more but not sure how they do that if its black

Your whole talk about making yourself go to bed early and waking up early makes me laugh. That will all change if you decide to have a baby😅I was never a morning person until I had a baby....she never slept so you can say I am a different person now.😂 She's a toddler now and thankfully sleeps through the night. But she does still wake up between 5-6 am every day haha
