nonfat vanilla greek yogurt with a protein bar cut up into it (specifically the barebells ones) is so good and also 33g protein !! i also always throw in some fruit and it’s like the best dessert yogurt bowl :)

Of one my fav healthy sweet treats is peanut butter yogurt dip with green apple - greek yogurt, PB2 (or plain Pb), honey to taste, mini chocolate chips, and use sliced apple to eat it

For the ninja creami try letting it sit out for 30 minutes before spinning it!! Makes a huge difference!

Congrats on the car. I've been going through it with my car and try to get a new car too, but there is such low inventory, the maker of the car that I want, you can order down to the "T" of what you want, you can say what model and features, and they will look through the allocation to find the closest match and send it to the dealership that you want. I have mine reserved and is supposed to come in mid-January. You're lucky that you can trade-in your car. Mine is so low that the dealerships closest to me is saying there is no value. Carmax gave me a $2k quote. Trying to get $3k or a little higher. So excited for you. I'm sure you Dad is relieved seeing that you are moving ahead with getting a safe car! 💗

How long do you have to wait for your new BMW? I built & bought the 2024 Range Rover Sport and it took 15 months to come! FIFTEEN ‼️‼️‼️ There was a chip and car shortage during that time but it was absolutely INSANE to wait that long 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 CONGRATS GIRL! 🩷🩷🩷
