Really missing your great videos Rusty was talking to a good friend of mine about this he too said the same hopefully your ok and still enjoying days in the hills on your bike I appreciate all the videos you have done up until now they are a valuable asset to us all and fills us with enthusiasm for rides to come even though ive ridden many many routes over the last 40 years I always love finding new ones via your posts so thanks again for that wishing you all the best David.

If you want to ride an mtb in that area, drive a few miles down that road and the forests on the right hand side have plenty trails in them to ride. 😉 But as Street Pigeon found out, the Grey Mare's Tail is a walking path only. At least you had decent weather though 😂

It’s always quite busy but the carpark looked mobbed. Not somewhere I’d have thought to ride though we were going to ice climb it one year but someone beat us to it and fell off! Quite scary I was just reading the National Trusts Drone Policy and it’s very iffy. Not sure how much insurance costs I was supposed to find out. Anyway if a ride is not fun then there’s no point, though I have been told it’s character building😂
