Nice work, but why don't you go downhill? To me that feels more logical: easier for the dozer and you won't push rocks and dirt onto lower pieces of road that you made earlier.

Hello friend, the top is rocky and it costs much more to get to the other end of the road. It may seem like a ramp, but we are progressing with a very small slope, thank you for your comment.
