I came for the music, but I stayed for the video; I love everything about this video! I've not seen this anime and neither do I know if its story, but I just love how this entire video syncs so well with the music from start to finish and yet still manages to beautifully convey the story of a boy coming of age, the loss of his mentor, and the boy defeating his adversary before reminiscing about his mentor at the end of the video. I just love how the video clips flow with the rhythm and tempo of the music, and how the clips were in perfect sync with the beat. It just gives me goosebumps to watch it as the climax of the video synced with the climax of the song and I felt a genuine tinge of sadness at the ending of the video as the song mellowed and the video changed to the clip of the beast (who I presume is no longer with them). Fantastic work. I simply had to leave a comment here (and one of considerable length, at that) because of how wonderful I believe this work to be.
