These lyrics had me crying. It didn't remind me of myself in a romantic aspect but in one of self appreciation and just mess going on. I feel like people can get really depressed and not love themselves and just be confused. Right now i'm dealing with unidentified health problems, family stuff, school and it's a lot. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed and confused and just at a loss. I'm not making any sense but Greyson if you see this know that your music makes a difference. Many a days will i just lay on the grass and listen to your album to calm myself.

It’s not necessarily romantic love that breaks a person in life...but learning to appreciate oneself can be a difficult journey, whether it be due to external hardships or low self-esteem. You never know how low you can get until you simply drown to the depths of the mind’s despair. I feel somewhat liberated through Greyson’s song.
