And I know you are playing on an S24 Ultra, but those graphics look like medium settings at most. My experience with Grid Autosport is that the developers only allow maximum graphics on iPads, not even iPhones, so you are most probably playing on medium or low graphics.

The thing I hate about Feral Interactive games like Grid Autosport or Alien: Isolation is that you cannot choose your own graphics settings. For 60 fps and ultra graphics, you always have to manually change the preference file in the game's data folder. Seriously, when I downloaded Grid Autosport on my S24 (Exynos), it was set to low to medium graphics, and I manually had to change it in the data folder. Finally, I got maximum graphics and played it at 60 fps-I absolutely love it.
