3:58 you should investigate ALL of the "heavies" in the bottom of your pan. You have a bunch of transparent colorless minerals in there that are all quite similar, could be aquamarine. Aquamarine is very expensive.

Find a rock pinch point, a bottleneck, where the water flows through fast (at high water) then spreads and calms just after. That is a good gold settling area. You should pan some good color from the sandy bottom in such a location. Long time since I did any panning. Good luck!

Good to see you have something better than just pans. You could of just took the hopper and the back off the highbanker and used it as a sluice. I've got a Keene mini max and it comes with a flare to do that with it. You don't need a flare,it's still more productive than just panning. It's definitely got potential that claim.👍😉❤💛💚

Hint, you can glue a ring for a loupe around the front of your camera and just click a loupe on when you want to do close ups. I do that because I have a fixed focus cheap camera and do a lot of macro.

You can cut and polish those garnets with a diamond knife sharpener or even wet and dry sand paper .

SERIOUSLY - If you have bedrock crossing your claim syream, THAT is your main gold-gathering tool. Next visit, bring a hand dredge (giant syringe sucker tool), some crow bars and pliers, and a gold pan. That's all you need to recover COPIOUS amounts of free gold.

Ok so I live in New England,Connecticut to be exact. And I’ve seen many videos on getting gold out of streams that have cracks in bedrock bottoms. So Connecticut isn’t known for its massive gold deposits. But is it technically possible that if u find a small ,medium stream 6-12 ft wife with bedrock visible on the bottom let’s say anyone with some experience u think there would be gold in those bedrock cracks cause supposedly there is gold everywhere just harder to get in most places? And get this to buy one of those little sluice boxes from Cabelas with the recycling water pump thing for like a $100+/- you need a permit to use one in Connecticut. I freaked out and didn’t believe them but I guess it’s true

That steep hill you're climbing to go out, has rounded river gravels (rocks) on it. That appears to be an old channel bank. Hmmm. Is there any water up there? Maybe look for a likely spot, and take a few buckets of nice gravels out to pan or run thru your highbanker?
