Charlie 6, I didn’t know about your fiancé…I pray that God sends you strength and healing. I too know some of what you’re feeling. I lost my sister the same way, the same year. Grieving is a process and everyone do it differently. They say that time heals all wounds, but believe me when I say that there is no set time limit on grief, as it affects everyone differently. There have been many times that I was smiling on the outside, but crying on the inside. I was angry for a long time, so I started staying to myself. For the most part I came back for my husband, kids and siblings. Yes, we still have triggers (A song, a Facebook post, a restaurant, etc) but those I cherish as good times. Yes, it’s still ok to cry as some wounds cut deeper than others. I believe that this video was your therapy and trust and believe that it helped someone…because it helped me.
