(a) It feels like the narrator guy is actually delusional from the childhood abuse he suffered from his parents and the brother he talked to on the call was just an illusion (hallucination). Maybe he is suffering from schizophrenia or other mental disorder and in delusion he kills his loving boyfriend who was the only person to ever be nice to him (he did say his love life was not very good in the beginning). He was too shocked to meet a genuinely good man. (b) Another conclusion could be that the bf is an illusion. The narrator got so frustrated when the Dr discussed his relationship with him. Maybe with the help of the psychiatrist and medications he was trying to end his delusion by metaphorically poisoning the bf but was not able to so he killed himself by stabbing with the thermometer. (c) Or the whole story was just a metaphor for insecurity, jealousy and resent we feel when coming across a person with better life than us even when they cause no harm to us.

I'm so confused... did he stab himself... or his boyfriend... with the thermometer at the end... I guess that's the point though.... to make you use your own imagination of how it ended.... I'm decently used to Omeleto ending their videos like this but... it drives me crazy every time... then again... maybe I was crazy all along..........

I'm heterosexual and that was effed-up. By the way those are 2 of the best looking guys you'll probably see around. Seriously, that was messed up! Great film about paranoia and perfection / love. This is a love FAIL. One is 4 Stone and the other? In Prison for life / NO Parole. This was one heck of a film. Excellence all around!
