About the Video
The video was filmed on location at the Griffin Fit Studio in Leicester over 2 evenings. Liz and Scott put two groups through their paces so that we could collect realistic gym video of both the members training and them being trained by the personal trainers.
SLRS and steadicams were used for the filming of this video.
