March 2024, a note on my favorite song of all time and the one that got me through the roughest parts of my life this far. I recently moved to New York to be with the love of my life I met because of this fandom. A dream come true. My anxiety is still high cause it dosen't feel real. But I'm finishing up college (for now) have a job, and am learning how to be an adult on my own. It was 4 and some years ago when I realized the importance of this song in my life and it helped me through sleepless nights. I come back to it as a mark on the changes in my life. Lets see what the future holds.

Happy 10 years to my favorite fandom song, and favorite song of all time. While this song was always kinda nice throughout the years, it really became my favorite at the end of 2019 when I was going through probably the toughest time of my life. I listened to this song almost every night to get through it. Something about it is just so nice. So simple and sweet. Been in this fandom for half my life now. Jackleapp, wherever you are now I hope you are doing well. Thank you for the impact you have had on my life.

@@ctoacu6188 MLP led me to my current GF of seven years, we just bought a house. I was in a dark place afraid to put myself out there or even leave the house before I found the show in 2012. The fandom is absolutely timeless. I think I've been to TEN total conventions in four different places: trotcon, bronycon, ciderfest, MSP. I cried at the end. This show without a doubt will have the greatest cultural impact in my entire life. Nothing has ever felt the same since.

I must say JackleApp, your outlook on the background characters in these Seasons songs is the most beautiful fandom I've seen since I became a brony merely a year ago. Taking Derpy from the carefree, mindless mailpony to a loving, responsible mother, portraying Gilda as a misunderstood drifter in search of friendship, etc. It all puts a whole new perspective on the show, and I wish so bad Hasbro would make it canon.
