This saga exposes divisions, mistrust within the judiciary, political interference/aligning. The judges are ppl from diverse backgrounds & they are prone to political influences just like everyone

The expert strayed outside of his expertise: he should not have pronounced on 'intention' and nor should he have commented on whether it was Justice Jafta who wanted to lay a complaint. He is an expert in linguistics, not in psychology or the laying of judicial complaints.
