Hold grill temps between 400-425, flip about every 5 min. Total time 20-30 min. 20 if they’re thinner, 30 if they’re thicker.

THANK YOU, I watched a dozen videos claiming they must be soaked anywhere from overnight to 4 hours to 30min and I intuitively thought all the soaking and foil and overcooking was totally unnecessary! LOOKS PERFECT

You’re very welcome. This cook was a lot longer than normal due to the enormous size of the corn. You can get away with cooking them for just about 10 min. If you have a meat thermometer, use it to check the corn and pull between 150-170 degrees. That seems to be the sweet spot for doneness. Thanks for watching!

You don't even need to soak them. Just keep the husk on and don't get them on a hot part of the barbecue, cook them at the edge or on indirect heat. It's great!!

Tnx but I have an electric barbecue and it smokes terribly if it gets much above 310 degrees F.

That’s a rough one, 310 is a bit low. Great for low and slow brisket, pork butts, etc… but for this, not so much.

😆 Last year, my neighbor asked me if I would smoke a turkey for their Thanksgiving. Of course I did, but I was terrified that I was going to ruin their holiday.

Its a mistake not to soak them in sugar water .

It’s always an option. But if you forget or don’t have time, it’s ok because it’s not necessary.

Takes WAY too long. Three minutes in micro with husks on, and batta boom, batta bing.

True. But this is mainly for during a BBQ or if you want to make a lot at one time. You would also need a good size microwave to fit even a couple ears, but it’s a good idea. Thanks for checking out my video.
