Looks very good, but pls put it in parchment paper first then tin foil, bc the foils lets off toxins thats goes in the food, so parchment then foil makes it much better.

Americans need measurements, but for we in Africa, Nigeria to be precise, not like we can’t make use of measurements but sometimes in cooking it's not necessary to us and that's because we just have this genius ability to know the right measurement of ingredients by taste, not just by eyeballing and that's why the food always comes out very delicious, when I was a little boy, I use to be perplexed about how my mum did it, but now I understand because I now live on my own as a uni student and cook for myself. It's not like measurements are not necessary, they are worth it, but you will follow some videos with the measurements and everything given correctly and yet the outcome might taste awful or not as good as you expected it to be, we all have once had that experience when learning to cook something from youtube or any other platform, even me too when I was first trying to cook after I started staying on my own because I didn't put any effort in learning from mum, I had to go online to follow videos specifically with measurements and guess what, some cane out well and some even with the perfect measurement didn't meet up my expectations, but I actually went back though and learnt some few things about cooking from mama. Now it's so good that just by me watching this lady's video even without measurements, her little information is more than enough for me I will be able prepare exactly what she did with the help of tasting and eyeballing, more of tasting though that's our secret, as for the plantain, she diced the platain and fried them to get that (fried plantain) which we in nigeria call dodo, just a funny local for it because of its sweetness.
