For your attention: Three Cheese Lasagna on the Grill
Ingredients:
Minced beef 800 gr.
Ricotta cheese 500 gr.
Mozzarella cheese 500 gr.
Parmesan cheese 100 gr.
Mushrooms 5 pcs.
Eggplant 1 pc.
Carrots 1 pc.
Onion 1 pc.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Cons. mashed tomatoes 2 ch.
Lasagna pasta sheets
Jalapenas (optional) 20 gr.
Garlic 6 ch.
Tomato paste 2 tbsp.
Basilica
Spices:
Salt 3 a.š.
A mixture of Italian herbs 3 a.š.
Ground pepper 0.5 tbsp.
Production process:
Minced meat filling:
Fry chopped onions and carrots, add chopped eggplant and mushrooms. Add pepper and salt, stir fry. When the vegetables are lightly fried, add the minced beef and bake for 6-7 minutes while stirring. Dedame 2 v.š. tomato paste and pour 2 tbsp. mashed tomatoes, sprinkle with a mixture of Italian herbs. Simmer for 20 minutes. The filling is ready.
3 cheese filling:
We cut the mozzarella cheese 1x1 cm. cubes and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir. Set aside 1 third (sprinkle on top of the lasagna).
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and beat them lightly. Add the ricotta cheese and mix with the beaten egg. Add salt, a mixture of Italian herbs and add chopped basil. Add the mixture of mozzarella and parmesan and mix everything well. The filling is ready.
We form lasagna:
Put a third of the minced meat filling in a baking dish and add a layer of pasta sheets. Again, add a layer of minced meat filling and pasta sheets. Add a layer of 3 sheets of idar cheese and pasta. Add the last layer of minced stuffing. Top with a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan. Lasagna ready.
Baking:
Bake for 20 minutes. Cover with foil at 180 ° C. After 20 min. remove the foil and bake until the top is nicely dipped.
