Doing cross rib steaks in a couple hours on a Weber Kettle. Wish I had those mellow grilling tunes. I would have left those hot links on till they split but, that's me. Your steaks looked spot on. Thanks for an inspiring video even if 2 years ago.

Get a griddle , and place a warmer grill on top . One side of the BBQ can now be used for indirect heat. I have the traveler but even at its lowest heat setting it still burns too hot. You have to constantly open the lid to lower the temp. It's a tricky little sucker because bbq methods have to be modified. But I still love this grill

I’m considering this grill. I need a gas grill to compliment my Weber Performer charcoal grill. I like the idea of something not too big and easy to fold up and store.

I recommend it. It’s powerful little grill. Gets hot fast. Easy to set up. Easy to put away. I use mine weekly and have not had any issues. It’s also easy to move around (roll around I should say). Hope you get it. Let me know how you like it.

@@GrillingJEDI I’d very much like to get it. My only concern is several reviews I’ve read that the latch can pop open when you fold it up and move it causing the cast iron grates to fall out. I’m hoping Weber fixed this issue.

I just bought one yesterday. I noticed you had it on max for 3.5 minutes and then 5 mins. How long total should I run it, before cooking burgers? Am I just waiting until it reaches a certain temperature before cooking?
@GrillingJEDI2 жыл бұрын
I usually preheat til the temp reaches 400 degrees. About 3.5 mins. Put the food on the grill and switch the burners to medium. I did 5 mins to get the temp to 500 degrees for searing and grill marks (for video). Hope this helps. Enjoy the grill. Thanks for watching.
