I don’t understand why this KZbin channel don’t have 1 million views because every blue-collar worker out there can identify with this channel. They are what you see is what you get very straight up. Love it put out a lot of content twice a week pretty much on time. I don’t understand why you don’t have sponsors because this is a true life reality channel. Godspeed keep the good work up Georgia.

This is true! It is as it is! But there's this thing called (representation). Most sponsors have guidelines for content? They would much rather see fake BS 😕 than the real deal day to day functions . To represent the advertising of their products. In my opinion! You're better off as a self-supporting operation, no need for others to tell or ask! Really imposing their own ways on your channel. It's like your employees telling you that they're going to work four hours today! But punch them out at eight hours work for that day. Remember you are self supporting! No need for outsiders placing grounds for their approval. It mostly comes down to this,! Who as a whole needs who more you! Or them? Seems to me that they at your beacon call are the ones in need for this channel for advertising! So!! This puts you! Yes you! In the driver's seat. Now for one to start trash! Talk one against another is out of your realm! It's apple & oranges. I have really enjoyed watching both channels ... I've worked many slabs in my day! Ryan's not one I would not hesitate to call for service at any time. He knows his stuff! Just saying! It's best to enjoy both men for who they are! And not what one thinks. You did fine! Specially promoting the lady that gave you the money as her appreciation. That was kind of you letting people know that it was bought by a customer and not taking all the credit for it or just pocketing it like most would do. That shows that you're fair with your employees and you follow through with your customers. Actions speak louder than words. Should I say volume and kindness? But on occasions like this I think the guys could use a little more respect for their language and not act childish. Especially knowing that this lady is going to be watching this as you did dedicate it in a way giving her the satisfaction that you did spend her money in the proper way that she wished. That being said, I think you're doing a fabulous job. Keep up the good work. Crack down on the guys now and then let them know who's the boss, keep them in line. As always, keep going.
