I got to challenge for you with this house: - make the garage a 2 car garage - make the underground part a man cave - add a second level and a rooftop - since you like greenhouse, you could make a greenhouse on top of the rooftop! For the interior, a few walls are not needed (ex: between the entrance and the shoe storage room). let's make that house the coolest of the neighbourhood!

I'm missing somebody's point, not saying who, but you know. I didn't see anything that you did wrong as far as not doing what the customer wants. As for the house, dealers choice. I gutted the place walled off where the garage door was an made it the kitchen, split the upstairs into a dining room and living room, and left the bathroom. Made the downstairs into a master suite. I'm excited to see what you come up with.

Those jobs were cool, even if they were shorter than I expected. And the place you bought looks like it’s going to be really fun to flip. I’m glad you sold most of the items inside because it all looked so nasty I know I wouldn’t have even tried to keep them. 😂 It’ll be cool to see how different this place is once you’re done.

I think a couple of those walls are redundant. There are closet sized rooms to get into more closet sized rooms lol. Maybe open the place up a bit more.

i'm working on this one right now. I did put the house in sandbox mode to remove the steps to the basement and then copy it back over the houses folder. I put a raised patio where the steps and basement entrance were. Inside I moved the stairs slightly going down to the basement. Added a family room, bedroom and bathroom downstairs.

I would like it if instead of the flipper tool for repairing wood you actually could repair it since all those doors just look like they need a fresh coat of varnish

I’m not personally a fan using the flipper tool to save the old windows and stuff. It’s not realistic… also, you said it was good that you at least could tell where the old windows where before.. why is that good? Isn’t it more fun to make it your own and NOT put everything back where it was? Who decide what room the kitchen should be in? Just because it was in a certain place before doesn’t mean that it has to be there again? Like when you bought the garage door without even hesitate, why didn’t you make the old garage a new room instead? Just my thoughts! ❤️❤️

I wanted to share how I did carpet on my game. I used gravel flooring and kept it on the smallest size and you can change the color to whichever. It looks kinda weird at first but once you put the rooms together it looks more and more like carpet 😊

When you're doing the garage door (40 minutes in) you look at the damaged door, look at the 'damaged wood' button and DON'T try using it to turn the damage off.
