I think specifically on Seele, getting the 2-piece on quantum set is worth (temporarily) missing on 1 main stat roll. 10% defense ignore (not RES!) is very high value. Especially if you replace a piece with atk%. It also means you don't really need to enhance that piece before you replace it with one with the correct mainstat. When you consider support buffs, ornament sets, whatever, you can very quickly get close to +100% attack where the set bonus starts outperforming non-fully leveled relic main stat. I also like the passerby set because on the current healers (ult aoe heals) I find energy regen as a stat super valuable. And the extra healing efficiency will make it easier to trade health/heal efficiency on gear for energy regen while keeping your healing values high enough. I end up using ult heals a lot more on Nat than her skill. If you really hate the +1 skill point, you can replace that with Guard or Knight 2p for more survivability. But I like the skill point because it helps the initial setup round, especially with Seele or Bronya because often you end up starting with your supports first using skills to set up buffs before they start attacking to generate SP. So while Tingyun might be sp-positive, she is NOT on the first 1-2 turns. The sp is especially valuable if using Seele or Bronya which get extra turns for extra chances to eat your SP, having that extra 1 SP can make it easier to fit in an MC or healer skill when needed, without bringing down your dps setup. Especially in boss fights where you have strong adds on the start, that extra skill point can help you take them down with your dps before they and the boss start mowing you down. There are boss fights where the hardest part is the beginning before you take down the adds before the enemy team takes 4 actions in a row and happens to obliterate a squishy. The extra +1 SP is worthless in the long scheme of things, but it makes the first 1-2 rounds of combat a lot smoother. Fire MC requires effect hit rate for the taunt effect to land so I'd put that stat as 2nd or 3rd priority It feels really bad when enemies ignore it.. And that means if you happen to get enough late in the game, the belobog getting activated.makes up for some of the sub stats you might've traded away. For the (current) healer ults you CANNOT just calculate a basic attack rotation for energy regen. Because a really major part of their energy generation will be taking damage from big aoes. And often those are the times when you want to be casting ult. So there are a significant amount of times where 5% energy regen can make a difference even though it doesn't change the amount of attacks you'd need to fill the bar alone.

If you can do world 5 and world 6 in simulated universe, you can get guaranteed 5 star relics there before trailblazer lvl40. That's where I burnt most of my fuel to get some endgame relics early. Also attack bonuses will fall off late game. Crit and crit damage stats will be much better value.

Yeah it looks like salsotto is better, not sure if this video is bait or what, but I feel like 24% atk on late game is going to be sh!t compared to 8% crit rate and 15% more damage on ultimate... the 24% attack one is good early but on late game you will want crit rate and damage % bonuses

Regarding Musk vs. Passerby on healers, isn’t the entire point of building speed on them so that they regen more SP? Most people don’t have Bailu and Nat’s ult cost is low enough to have it up when needed. On Nat, Musk’s 6% speed only gives an extra turn per 7 cycles if you have exactly 30, 43, or 57 speed on your relics. In any other case, wouldn’t the 1 SP and healing+ from Passerby be better? I feel like I’m missing something.

If you know for sure you want the simulated universe sets from world 5 or 6, they're the only sets you can get gold pieces guaranteed for pre-40. The second difficulty doesn't open up until level 50 at EQ 4, so it's the most efficient way to spend trailblazer power from level 30-40 if you plan to use them.

tldr: i think meshing alot of atk% sources makes for your dps to hit a wall when it comes to growth and i feel you are undervaluing the crit stats the other sets provide. (but you may have tested it and found this not to be the case) you may have tested it and there isn't much options for the inner relics pieces but I feel that the space sealing station is going to fall off quite fast due to it only giving atk% and the sup inner relic pieces also giving atk% as well. my only concern is that eventually we will start hitting that diminishing return threshold. because you are getting atk% from two of your pieces (not counting substats) your sups boost atk% (asta specifically) and their relic sets. it just makes me feel that inert salsotto might just be better for most dps due to the 8% crit rate and most will get mileage out of the 15% dmg boost on ult and others (namely himeko and yanqing) and benefit even further with the follow up portion of it.

This is more true in Genshin due to the fact that Bennet just gives an exorbitant amount of atk, there's no support in Honkai star rail that comes close to the amount of attack that Bennet gives. Atk is often also underated in Genshin since 2 atk% rolls is still often better than 1 crit roll. Here we are comparing 24% atk to 8 crit and some situational damage %. Roughly 3 rolls of crit compared to 7 rolls of attack, 7 rolls of attack is just far more stats and there are not nearly as many atk buffs as there are in Genshin. For most characters the extra dmg% on their ultimates will make their ultimates deal slightly more damage but will deal less damage overall on everything else.

Yep, for damage dealers that crit, the w6 simulated universe set will be way better long term value. Even if the characters don't do follow up damage. You still boost the ultimate by 15% which is a more multiplier in addition to the crit. So this is where I would focus my fuel for damage dealers.

Wuthering Snow is nice for Supports that doesnt deals damage like Bronya Hypercarry sup or Pela, those Characters doesnt need damage because most of their Kit revolves on their utility, so a bit tanky + energy is welcomed

i’d say farm Simulated uni 6 gear until Lvl40 and once you hit 40 then go for dps unit which in my case its jing yuan and paired with pretty good defensive gear as well. after getting pretty good dps gear, go for wild for your supports. its all around good for your supports.

Personally, Knight of Purity's 4 set effect isn't great on Fire MC. His shields are so small that the 20% increase is hardly noticeable. However, the 8% damage reduction from the Guard set is super fun on him. I picked the Preservation 5 star light cone from Herta which gives additional damage reduction when you have a shield (and gives a massive shield if you get hit without one) and it combines amazingly with the set as well as the damage reduction from his taunt. It makes his shield last way longer, to the point where a full round of attacks is unable to break through it. If you go for the full guard set, you become an unkillable god who doesn't need a healer.

I got baited when i first unlocked the simulated gear, saw new shinies and dumped 80 stam and that special coin used in place of stam to get a bunch of blues and a few purps. Hard lesson learned

So far i found out that gear is actually the most beneficial part of game. You can spend energy to get money, char exp, char book's exp or char upgrade parts, the question is, where do you spend it? Parts are needed in way too numerous numbers, so even at lvl 70 i am not gonna farm them except my 5-star chars which i always play. Char exp is something you can buy from shop and gain from campaign rewards in millions while char lvl gives super small bonuses after 60 lvl. Book exp is also gifted so often that i never really farmed it and leveled book for 10 chars. So we end up with last thing - items. You can farm them and bump exp into upgrading someone and so far items giving the most impact on your character, like piece of equip rising your attack by 300 is far superior to extra 10 lvl ups. So starting from purple equip you should always make sure to have lvl 12 items as soon as possible. Also all farm types kind-a scale somewhat equally, so no matter which one you farm (they all give small rewards xD).

Im currently level 35 and farming 5* crit rate set on world 6 why do you suggest not to? It's the same stamina price and it drops guaranteed 5*. Why would i have to wait equilibrium level 3? It will most likely take a week for me to hit lv 40

For simulated universe sets, isn’t 4 piece fleet of the ageless technically better than just Herta space station on the DPS? if it does stack it would be 32% for all characters as opposed to just 24+8 on the carry, minus the 12% hp on each character? SPD requirement is the same on both sets too. Or not really worth it since technically that team would be locked in as a set and the carry would always need to have 3 others with them?

I was thinking about that the other day, but due to the 12% attack herta space station gives unconditionally it totals to 24% at 120 speed which is only 8% less than everyone running fleet of the ageless at 32%, which is a negligible difference, not to mention more consistent becuase you always get 12% at least.

Musketeer is the jack of all trades, master of NONE. Use these as a placeholder for everyone's best in slot. And please just use the healer set on healers if you can even with mediocre stats. 6% spd is one extra turn every 16+ turns. While healer set gives a skill point right at start and increased healing

You don't use the Musketeer set on healers for the turn gain. You use it to get 120 speed easily and proc the 8% ATK buff from the 2-piece rope+sphere 12% HP set. These supposedly stack, so you can do that on almost everyone, really.

When talking about the Space Sealing Station set i believe you are wrong and by the point you can get 5 star relics the 16% crit dmg buff with the added benefit of basically a guaranteed crit from the Celestial Differentiator heavily outweighs the value of 24% atk buff if you even reach both of those requirements. Getting a high atk% is way easier than getting a high crit dmg% and any form of dmg% hevily beats the benefit of atk%

wild wheat is the best set in the game bcs #1 fits almost all characters bcs of the 4 set speed boost + damage for dps #2 you can get 4 star wild wheat sets free in chests to save power herta is just free damage and fleet is great for support characters especially healers

Break effect is only best on Fire and Physical characters, from the break damage calculation, fire and physical are the most effective elements as the calculation is 2 x level x max toughness multiplier.. while others are only 1(Ice, Lightning), 1.5 (wind) or 0.5 (quantum and Imaginary)

I think the guard set could potentially be useful on Clara in the no healer teams with march to supplement the lack of healing. Yeah, Clara could be doing more damage with the physical set, but I don't think the guard set is completely out of the question

Ah, also I have a questions regarding "Genius of Brilliant Stars" set. I wander if DEF ignore ignores base DEF or reduced DEF of mobs. So if the mob has 60% reduced DEF from Pella will it ignore additional 20% and make it 80% or will it ignore 20% from remaining 40% which would net you 68% DEF ignore? If it works the 2nd way then it might be a little situational as you don't want to run it if you already have DEF debuf.

In genshin, which has pretty much the same math behind damage, DEF reduction stacks additively with other DEF reduction, but it stacks multiplicatively with DEF ignore. In other words, if you use pela ult + her technique, you get 40%+20%=60% DEF shred, since both are DEF shred. But if you use the quantum set + pela debuffs, you get 1-(1-0.6)x(1-0.2)=0.68. So overall 68% DEF shred, since quantum set has "20% DEF ignore" At lvl 80, if you fight a lvl 80 enemy, you only deal 50% dmg due to DEF. After applying 50% DEF shred, you deal 66.6% dmg. So you get around a 30% dmg boost from it. With 60% DEF shred, you deal 71% dmg. With 68% DEF shred, you deal 75.8% dmg

Any tips for getting relic xp mats? I am Trailblazer Level 28 and am out of relic xp mats. Did I make a mistake upgrading my relics already? Upgraded mostly those that are BiS for the most part, though some are 3*.

So before we can farm the gold gears. Does anyone recommend leveling up the existing gears before equip 3 or 4 ?Or let them sit save up lvl mats ?

In Genshin my target is all archons and all fatui. And here I believe archon will be similar to aeons and fatui will be similar to Stellaron Hunters. So my target is fixed for both game . What about you guys :)

It will be way more much lot better nicer to have a 2 pieces (with correct Main Stat) with Unconditional 12% ATQ permanently + 10% elemental damage than forcing a 4 piece that do not match the element with ur character just to get a 2nd part mediocre conditional ATQ when something happens just for 1 turn. I mean if someone is going for a Rainbow Correct Main stat Gear, a 100% uptime 12% ATQ +10% elemental, would be a lot better.

I agree, but the only 12% attack set is paired with a terrible healing set; for now, I'd agree with grims holy hymn suggestion - if they end up releasing a ER/atk% domain (like genshin), that will probably be the go to place

To those that want to truly be efficient with their relic hunting for Seele, & you somehow have a Clara I would suggest using The Guard of Wuthering Snow on your Clara, given it wont make her deal big pp damage, but it will give her higher sustainability, the healing and 5 energy gain from relic passive.
